I'm writing you this letter to say Thank You for the excellent customer service and product that Safestreets provided my agency. For quite some time I had been shopping for an alarm to protect the office and my customer's information. It is something I had been urged to do but kept putting on the back burner. You made the process very quick and easy!

The paper work wasn't as bad as I had imagined and the installation was a cinch. You had everything ready for me to sign, and the billing has been simple ever since... Exactly what you quoted! The installers were here exactly when I had asked for them to show. They took their time to install the security system correctly and were not a distraction to the office. I haven't had an issue with the security system and the entire office picked up on how to use it very quickly.
