We wanted to inform you of the wonderful job that your alarm technician did setting up our security system on Friday. He was extraordinarily professional and hard working. He was at our home from 8:00 a.m. to almost 6:30 p.m. working the entire time! He truly went above and beyond what was required to do to make sure we were completely satisfied and fully understood the alarm system.
