I already have a whole home water filtration system, as well as a current Reverse Osmosis system from another vendor, that is about 9 years old. I wanted to replace the RO system only, at this time. I am an IT professional, and fairly detail oriented by nature, so was looking for a company that would be able (and willing) to answer specific questions about their system. Happy water kept surfacing in my search for a local company. I gave them a call, and they took my information and had Jeff call me back. Jeff was FANTASTIC! He called me back to introduce himself, answered my questions, followed up with the detailed information I asked for, never making me feel uncomfortable for asking for specifics like part numbers, etc. He was clear about his recommendations based on my system description, and I could tell he both really "knew his stuff" and was customer forward. I decided to move forward, and that was painless. He got me scheduled quickly, and the installer (Arturo), showed up at the specified window, was polite and thorough, and delivered a perfect install taking into account exactly what i asked for. Fantastic, fantastic service, and comforting in an age of chase toward "minimum viable system" to have such a full service experience delivered by a company. Highly recommend!
