What an amazing experience from beginning to end!My project with Oasis Turf & Hardscape was scheduled for Sept 810 and was completed on the 9. The final price was exactly as the contract stated. Before choosing Oasis Turf & Hardscape, I did my homework and had 3 different companies bid on my project.Oasis Turf & Hardscape came in as the middle bid but price was not the deciding factor.I was drawn to Oasis Turf & Hardscape; not only because it is a veteran-owned company, but we immediately developed a rapport with our designer, *** *******.We connected with *** right away.He has an outgoing, positive personality and is extremely knowledgeable. We felt comfortable with him, trusted his guidance, and never felt pressured.*** walked us through the entire process, including two change orders that had to be addressed before work began due to property-line issues. He remained positive, communicated clearly, and helped us navigate those changes so easily and confidently. The installation was an experience in itself.I had no idea how much planning, preparation, equipment, and physical labor went into installing turf until I watched the entire process unfold on my property.****, the team lead, was excellent.****, the project manager, and the entire crew also worked incredibly hard. The amount of physical labor involved was remarkable, and I was amazed by how much equipment was needed to complete what I considered a relatively small project. The finished product was ASTOUNDING.After watching the installation process, I also have a much better appreciation for the cost of a project like this. There is so much more involved than simply putting down turf. I am very happy that I chose Oasis Turf & Hardscape. From *** to ***** ***** and hardworking crew who brought everything together, the entire experience reinforced that we made the right choice. Thank you to the entire team. I could not be happier with the end product, early completion, and the beautiful transformation of my yard.
